If it is not your first day here, silence is something you consider as normal. But firstcomers need a day or two - so to remind them there's a psssst sound coming from speakers from time to time. Later on everybody learn to talk to God not to others - and then the silence is all you can hear here.
Number of people depence on the time of the day. For example, afternoon is time when sick people who live here come to pray. But this place is never empty. Some morning masses starts here before daylight comes - at 4 am.
